For ten years Shelly worked in the oil & gas industry as the Executive Assistant to the President and Vice President of Operations. Shelly developed an extensive reporting system and focused on the planning, scheduling and preparing of all types of meetings and events for team members and clients.
She then served as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of a software development and trust company responsible for employee human resource needs. There, Shelly honed her knowledge while providing back office support for various companies.
Shelly has also owned and assisted in the operations for three Snap-On Tools franchises. This experience allowed her to further grow her professional and organizational business skills.
She joined Val Hein's team in early 2018. She focuses on client relations, managing work flow and transaction processes.
In her free time Shelly enjoys spending time with her two children who are both very active in sports and volunteering at the schools.
